This tool was selected at the 6th World Water Forum in 2012 as one of the most innovative tools to promote access to water and sanitation for the poorest and most vulnerable populations.

Access to water is a fundamental issue for the future of the planet and all of humanity. It is directly linked to all major development issues: the fight against poverty, food security and agriculture, public health and well-being, and environmental preservation.
The purpose of this meeting was to establish a partnership between the Fondation Chirac and the Tattali-Iyali foundation("Women and children in a better world"), chaired by the First Lady of Niger, Dr. Malika Issoufou Mahamadou, trained in tropical medicine.
