Aldo Ajello, Boutros Boutros-Ghali, Michel Camdessus, Jacques Chirac, Catherine Colonna, Arnaud Danjean, Franck Debié, Catherine Joubert, Jean-Pierre Lafon, Olivier Mauvisseau, Valérie Terranova, Georges Tsaï, Bernard Vatier, and Simone Veil attended to the second meeting of the Jury of the Fondation Chirac Prize on October 5, 2009, in Paris. For two hours, they debated  to select the laureates of the Fondation Chirac Prize and of the Special Jury Prize. The Experts Committee came to present the nominees they were suggested to the Jury.
